In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly to offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Australia Post to ensure your tech essentials arrive quickly and safely.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Charges: * Parcel Post (Australia Wide): Flat rate of $10.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $75.
Carrier Responsibility: Once dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, responsibility for the delivery transfers to the courier. For delays, damage, or lost parcels, customers should contact Australia Post directly.
Estimated Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Defective Items: Refunds or exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind unless stated otherwise.
Shipping Issues: DreamozTech is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Returned parcels due to failed delivery attempts are non-refundable unless confirmed by our team.
Local Pickup: If applicable, items must be inspected upon pickup. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once collected unless the product is found to be faulty.
Delivery Responsibility
If no one is available at the address, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place per their standard procedure. DreamozTech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal.
Full Payment: Required at the time of checkout.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of a pricing error and will notify you before processing.
